At Claujen, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, such as personalized products, sale items, or products that are used, washed, or altered.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that show signs of use or damage not due to a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, or if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@claujen.net, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you’ll need to initiate a return instead.
